Next Working Day Delivery - £5.95 - ordered before 1pm - excludes Highlands
and Islands
- Next Working Day Delivery when you place your order before 13:00 Monday to Friday.
Please note that the next day delivery is 'not guaranteed' and that we dont offer
a saturday delivery service. Whilst we aim to deliver within 24 hours, using a next
day courier service. Customers should be aware of delays beyond our control once
they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Customers who require an URGENT or
Guaranteed next day order should telephone the store directly and we can offer a
premium guaranteed next day delivery service.
- Goods must be signed for on delivery - so please ensure someone is available

- Track yourorder online - free on charge, we'll email your consignment number to
you as your parcel leaves our warehouse
All deliveries are made usually 'next day' Uk Manlaind only. Customers should advise
us within 24 hours of placing the order if the item is not delivered so that we
can investigate. All other areas within 3-4 days.
Saturday Delivery - £9.95 - order before midday on Friday - excludes Highlands
and Islands
- Guaranteed Saturday Delivery when you order before midday (12.00pm) on preceding
Friday

Failed Deliveries:
- Our couriers will attempt to deliver each parcel at least twice before returning
a parcel to us and in most cases will leave you with a card to let you know that
they have tried to deliver.
- Please note that any orders returned to us where the courier has attempted delivery
would be subject to a £9.95 failed delivery and additional postage would have
to be charged to post the item again.
- If you prefer us to refund the item instead of sending it again please note that
the original cost of shipping & gift wrap (if applicable) would be deducted from
the refund.

Payment
We accept payment from the following: Visa; Visa Delta / Electron; MasterCard; Maestro,
and American Express.
We engage Secure Trading, a payment provider, to process any credit/debit transaction
you may make on our behalf. When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail
sent by Secure Trading confirming your payment transaction details.
You are responsible for ensuring the e-mail address and other contact details you
provide to us are correct. We will not be responsible if you do not receive the
Dispatch Note, email or other confirmation from us where the details you have supplied
are incorrect or in the event of communication failure outside our control.
General Notices and Disclaimers
We are not responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms
and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force
majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party
systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural
disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage
to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment. All
notices which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent
by us to your registered e-mail address.
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect
of the sale, purchase and use of the goods.
* All delivery options are subject to goods being in stock and ready for dispatch.
If the courier attempts delivery and there is no one available to sign for and receive
the goods we are unable to refund the shipping charges.
Some very large products may incur a shipping surcharge - we will let you know in
the checkout and if possible on the product page.
UK mainland excludes Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland,
Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Please note these
post codes carry a shipping surcharge:

If your delivery is going to one of these post codes your total shipping charge
will be finally calculated at the order confirmation page. You will be given the
option to cancel your order at the order confirmation page if you are not happy
with the charge - and well before you card is charged.
