Delivery
When can I expect to receive my goods?
Any orders within the UK will be sent out by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery so you should receive you items within 3 to 4 working days. Most items are delivered in 1 to 2 days, however there are some areas within the UK where delivery may take longer, these are: HS1-HS9 Hebrides, IM Isle of Man, IV21 -IV24,IV26 - IV28, IV40 - IV56 Inverness, KA27 - KA28 Ayr, KW Kirkwell, PA20, PA21, PA41, PA60, PA61 - PA78, PA80 - PA88 Paisley, PH36 - PH44 Perth, TR21 - TR25 Truro, ZE Shetland. If an item is an order item, delivery could take up to 12 weeks.
How much is delivery within the UK?
Standard 1st class delivery for 1 or 2 items is £5.95, and £10 for 3 or more items. We also offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which is guaranteed for delivery the next working day (provided the order is placed by 3pm), prices start from £6.40 per item. Free delivery within the UK for orders over £150.
How much is delivery if I’m ordering from outside the UK?
If you are ordering from anywhere with in the EU, prices for delivery start from £15. If ordering from Canada or USA, prices for delivery start from £20. If ordering from any other countries, prices for delivery start from £25. You may be charged slightly more for delivery if buying more than item, or if the item is heavier, for example a bridal lengha.
How much is delivery if I’m ordering more than one outfit?
If you are buying 1 or 2 outfits, the delivery charge within the UK is £5.95, for 3 or more outfits, the delivery charge is £10, and if ordering 5 or more outfits the delivery charge is £15. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery within the UK. For orders of 2 items or more from outside the UK, please call 0208 772 4787 for delivery charges.
How long will it take to receive my order if I’m ordering from outside the UK?
Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order. Items are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.
How does your delivery service work?
All UK orders are sent out by First Class Recorded Signed For delivery. Although most orders are usually received the next working day after dispatch, please allow 2 to 3 working days to receive your order. If you have opted for Special Delivery, it is guaranteed for the next working day. All overseas orders are sent by International Signed For delivery, please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can, we will send you a tracking number once your goods have been dispatched. To track your order, go to our website and click on the My Account / Track orders link at the top of the page, and fill in the details as prompted. Please note this applies to UK orders only, and international orders can only be tracked up to when they leave the UK.
Can I have my order sent to an alternative delivery address?
Yes, you can, please enter an alternative delivery address when prompted as you place your order.
What is the lead time for delivery on made-to-measure items?
The lead time on made to measure items is 6 to 8 weeks.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your returns and exchange policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with the items you buy from Khushbufashions. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of the items you have ordered from Khushbu Fashions, we advise the following to ensure a prompt and efficient refund or exchange.
How do I return an item?
Firstly, you must send the items back to Khushbu Fashions within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Please download the returns form and enclose it with the returned item, this is really important as it will be used to track and progress your return, refund or exchange at Khushbu.
Please note that any items returned without a Return Form will not be processed. Fill the Return Form your detail, order detail and details of the item you like to return.
We strongly recommend you use a tracked service to get items back to us - neither Khushbu Fashions nor any third party supplier can be held responsible for returned items that go missing in transit. We will process your return as soon as we can – in most cases within a few days, but always within 28 days of receipt.
What do I do if I want to exchange an item?
Exchange in the unlikely event that you would like to exchange an item, we maybe consider to send the first exchange at free shipping to you. Any subsquent exchange is not be allowed (unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged),
When can I expect to receive a refund?
Refunds are always processed promptly once we have received the returned product. However please note that there can be a delay of up to 10 days between our processing the refund to your card and it showing on your bank or card statement. This is how the banking system operates and is outside our control. The cost of your item will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase or by cheque. Delivery charges are not refunded, unless the item was deemed to be faulty when received.
What if I recieve a wrong item?
If an item has been modified, misused, damaged and / or is not in resalable condition we will not be able to provide a refund / replacement. When returning goods they must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Goods must be returned in the condition received. If you receive the wrong items: In the unlikely event that the wrong item is sent to you please contact our customer services team who will instruct you how to return the item. Please remember that:
  • A Return Form needs to be filled in and enclosed in the parcel so that it can be processed by our warehouse.
  • We cannot process any returns without an Return Form.
  • We cannot despatch a new item unless we have received the wrong item back in our warehouse and inspected its condition.
  • We will refund any shipping costs you incur provided that the item is in new and unused condition when we receive it and you have fullowed our return instructions.
What if I recieve an unwanted item?

Unwanted item is an item purchased and deemed unwanted by the purchaser. The item must be returned unopened, and in re-sellable condition. If the item has been opened, or the item has been modified, used, or damaged we will not be able to provide a refund / replacement.

Can I return a sale item?

We have a strict policy of NO refunds on sale items.

What if I recieved a faulty item?

A faulty item is one that is faulty due to manufacturing fault only. If the item has been misused, abused, damaged through use or otherwise modified we will not be able to provide a refund
If the product is faulty we will issue you with an Returns reference number and advise you on the most suitable way to return the goods. Please remember that:

  • Faulty products that were purchased over 30 days ago - we cannot issue refunds for products that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • We will replace faulty items provided that the fault is not the result of misuse. Please see faulty products as a result of misuse section for more information.
  • If the product is not available for replacement we may (at our choice) either substitute it with a similar style or offer you vouchers which equal the purchase price of the item (if purchased within the last 30 days).

Faulty products as a result of misuse:

  • We can not replace or issue a refund for a misused product.
  • We will return the misused item back to you if you are happy to incur the administration & shipping costs of £9.95 (this does not include any collection costs or international shipping costs - if we have arranged for a specialist courier to collect the item or we need to return it abroad, the cost will be additional).
  • We will hold the product for a maximum of 30 days, after this period we will dispose the item.
 
What if my parcel is lost?

If you haven't received the items within the expected delivery times as specified by the selected delivery service please contact our customer service team. We’ll let you know when the items were despatched and contact the courier to establish where your parcel is.
If after seven days from despatch date and you still haven`t received your items we will despatch a replacement parcel at no cost to you.
Lost or damaged parcels must be reported in writing/email within 7 days of placing the order. We cannot offer any compensation for lost parcels not reported within this period.

How does your sizing work?
Our sizing is set to standard UK sizing, please see our Size Guide for more information and for size conversions if ordering from overseas. Our standard sizes range from UK size 8 to 16. If you are not sure about your size, you can enter your bust, waist and hip measurements into our ‘Size help’ found underneath the size available on the garment page you have selected.
Can you make alterations?
Yes, for one specific, standard alteration (e.g. making a size smaller, or shortening the hem or sleeves), the charge is £5. For any more complicated alterations please call 0208 772 4787 for an estimate.

Yes, we offer a made to measure service on selected bridal and menswear designs. Please see our website for more information.
What’s in fashion at the moment?
Pakistan fashion is currently salwar kameez with a long kameez or long flowing tunic, and wide-legged trousers or culottes. In India the trend is funky kurti tops and leggings, as well as short anarkali or kameez with churidaar or patiala.
Is the online collection the same as what you sell in the shop?
Most of our shop and online collection is the same, however, there is more variety in our shop which is based in Tooting, South London.

Most skin tones and people fall into 4 different categories based on their skin tone, hair colour and eyes; Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. To determine which category you fall under and which colours suit you, please see for more details
Do you have a personal shopping or style advisor service?

I’m getting married, can you put together an outfit to match my bridal outfit for my fiancé, or other members of my bridal party?
Yes, we can. Please send us a picture and colour swatch of your wedding outfit and we will put together an outfit for your fiancé or other members of your bridal party.
Do you offer any make-up, colour or styling tips?

I don’t usually buy asian clothes, can you put together an entire outfit for me?

What type of outfit is most flattering for my body type?
Sarees generally suit any body type, however shorter women should opt for sarees with smaller borders and delicate work or print as larger ones can make you look shorter. Plus size ladies should go for non-transparent sarees made from material which falls easily and drapes closer to the figure such as chiffon or georgette, and should avoid net, cotton or tissue sarees. Slim ladies should opt for sarees made from heavier fabrics such as slik, tissue, cotton and brocades as these fabrics will give more fuller, shapely outlines to suit their body shape.
A traditional salwar kameez suit would suit all body types. Apple body types should go for knee length or shorter kameez with wide legged salwar to even out the body shape. Shorter women should go for a long kameez, and with vertical prints to make them look taller.
Straight kameez with churidaar would suit petite, slim, straight and hourglass figures more.
Anarkali with chuirdaar would suit pear shape figures and any other figures apart from apple and plus (size 18+) figures.
Hourglass, straight and slim figures would suit a fishtail/mermaid style lengha to accentuate curves if you have them or by creating curves and contours if you have a straight or slim figure. A-line lenghas suit pear shaped figures as they hide any problem areas while highlighting the positives. Pear shapes should go for a higher waist on lenghas, with light colours on top and darker ones for the skirt.
